As a Printer, your responsibilities will include operating and maintaining printing and finishing equipment, ensuring quality compliance, and following health and safety protocols. You’ll play a vital role in producing high-quality medication adherence packaging that helps pharmacists deliver prescriptions with accuracy and reliability.

The position is under a rotating shift pattern of 3 days per week, and 12 working hours per shift:

  • Shift 1
    • Week 1: Monday to Wednesday – 06:00 to 18:30 (early shift)
    • Week 2: Wednesday to Friday – 10:00 to 22:30 (late shift)
  • Shift 2
    • Week 1: Wednesday to Friday – 10:00 to 22:30 (late shift)
    • Week 2: Monday to Wednesday – 06:00 to 18:30 (early shift)

More about your responsibilities:

  • Operate printing and finishing equipment: Run all flexographic printing and finishing machines with precision and efficiency.
  • Maintain high-quality standards: Monitor printed materials closely to ensure they meet compliance and quality requirements.
  • Ensure proper equipment maintenance: Keep machines in top condition while preventing product contamination.
  • Follow health and safety guidelines: Work safely and responsibly, adhering to all company safety procedures and policies.

If you’ve got:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with flexographic printing and finishing processes.
  • NVQ Level 2 in printing.
  • A keen eye for accuracy when printing, inspecting, and finishing products.
  • Ability to mix and manage inks for optimal print results.
  • Clear written and verbal skills to collaborate with your team.
