The Client Relations Coordinator will be responsible for managing all aspects of assigned customer orders and the primary point of contact between the customer and various internal teams, making sure products are delivered on time, while providing exceptional service that boosts customer satisfaction.
More about your responsibilities:
- Order Management: Receive and process customer purchase orders, ensuring Minimum Order Quantity (MOQs) and pricing are accurate and up-to-date.
- Customer Inquiries: Respond to inquiries professionally and promptly, collaborating with relevant departments for resolution.
- Order Entry: Enter new and repeat orders accurately into the Visual ERP System and forward to appropriate personnel. Submit necessary reports and notifications in the customer’s ERP portal, coordinating with the supply chain on delivery dates
- Packaging Instructions: Collaborate with internal teams to develop and finalize packaging work instructions, ensuring completion per production schedules.
- Artwork Coordination: Manage customer artwork, CADs, technical reviews, revisions, and implementation with suppliers, art houses, and internal teams.
- Production Planning: Assist in planning customer orders and participate in weekly production meetings.
- Quality Assurance Support: Support QA teams with quality review documentation, batch documentation, sample shipments, and QA audits. Adhere to JHG Quality Management.
- Project Planning: Represent the Customer Service team on project and demand planning calls, providing relevant insights.
- Import/Export Coordination: Assist with import/export paperwork, temperature data coordination, and timely export of finished goods.
- Inventory Management: Manage monthly customer inventory reports and support annual inventory audits and bulk inventory destruction tracking.
What you’ll bring

- Post-secondary Diploma in Business an asset but not critical to the position
- Experience in a project management or customer service environment required, preferably within a corporate printing/packaging/manufacturing industry
- Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word and Excel
- Order management experience within an ERP environment is a strong asset.
- Experience within a pharmaceutical or food environment
- Understanding/familiarity of cGMP
- Experience within a regulated environment packaging/food/pharmaceutical (FDA, Health Canada)
